(there is also a location in Southfield just so you all know what restaurant I am talking about.). It is like a hollandaise sauce with sherry and mushrooms in it. Every cucumber soup recipe that I find is blended and/or creamy, but that’s not what I’m looking for. This soup was clear with slender cucumber slices floating in it, and it was served cold.

I am not looking for blended recipes. Please stop submitting any recipe that says blend or puree in the instructions. I have already seen all of these!!!
