I’m afraid my pheasants turned out as tough as old boots but that’s no fault of Ramsay’s. I’ll be having a word with the butcher who sold them to me. The bread sauce and the general flavour was great though.

I’m just trying this one. The “brace” of pheasant are already in the oven and I’ve made one lot of bread sauce which is just fine. I even diced my onions the way he says elsewhere on YouTube. I’ll let you all know how it turns out.
